Image Plus USA is a registered DBA (Doing Business As) trade name of Deoraj Promotional Sales LLC, a Single Member LLC registered in the State of Florida. Both the DBA and the parent company are officially registered with the State of Florida. We operate fully and transparently under the Image Plus USA brand name at www.imageplususa.com.
Return & Refund Policy

At Image Plus USA, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom and bulk screen-printed apparel. Because many of our products are made to order, please review our policy carefully.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Due to the custom nature of screen printed and personalized items, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Custom items include (but are not limited to):
Logo or design printing
Personalized text
Custom colors, sizes, or layouts
Bulk or made-to-order apparel
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
To be eligible:
Contact us within 5 days of delivery
Provide clear photos of the issue
Include your order number
Once approved, we will reprint or refund the affected item(s) at no additional cost.
Non-Custom (Blank or Stock) Items
For non-custom, non-printed items only:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. for NON-CUSTOM (Blank) items.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Return Shipping: For non-custom items, customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping labels and mailing the items back to our Doral, FL address.
Refunds will be issued after the item is received and inspected.
Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Incorrect Information Provided by Customer
We are not responsible for:
Incorrect sizes selected
Misspelled text approved by the customer
Low-resolution artwork provided by the customer
Incorrect shipping addresses
Please review all order details carefully before submitting your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
