At Image Plus USA, we strive to process and ship all orders as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing & Production Time

All orders are processed after payment is received and designs are approved.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day.

  • Handling Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for garment sourcing and custom embroidery production.
  • Transit Time: Once shipped, transit takes 3–4 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 6–9 business days.

  • Custom & Bulk Orders: Typically require 3–5 business days for production. For larger quantities, we will contact you if an extension is needed."

  • Large Bulk Orders: May require additional production time; you will be notified if your order requires an extension.

  • Peak Seasons: Turnaround times may vary during high-demand periods.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship orders using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days (after production).

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available, transit only).

  • Disclaimer: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

    • Standard Shipping (0-5 lbs., Orders under $50.00): $4.90
    • Heavy Items (over 5 lbs.): $19.90
    • Orders $50.00 and over: FREE SHIPPING

    0 - 5 lbs. $4.90
    over 5 lbs. $19.90
    Orders over $50 FREE

  • Bulk Freight: Shipping quotes for very large orders may be provided separately.

  • Local Pickup: Available by appointment in the Doral, FL area. We will notify you when your order is ready with specific pickup instructions.

Nationwide Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect addresses

Packages returned due to address errors

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist when possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 5 days of delivery

Provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund.

 

Customer Responsibilities

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or reshipment charges caused by incorrect addresses.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Image Plus USA is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier directly for these claims.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
