We specialize in custom and bulk screen-printed apparel, including but not limited to t-shirts, promotional apparel, and custom-printed products.
All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time without notice.
3. Custom Orders & Artwork Approval
Custom orders are produced based on the information, artwork, sizes, and details provided by the customer.
By submitting artwork or approving a design, you confirm that:
You own the rights to the artwork, or
You have permission to use the artwork
Once a design is approved and production begins, changes cannot be made.
We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including spelling, sizing, color selection, or layout.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required in full before production begins. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
Bulk pricing and custom quotes are valid only for the time stated in the quote.
Sales tax will be applied to orders as required by state and local laws based on the shipping destination.
5. Order Turnaround & Shipping
Production and shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control are not our responsibility.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

6. Returns & Refunds
All custom and screen-printed items are final sale.
Refunds or replacements are only provided for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival and must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

All website content, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Image Plus USA and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
